EMMA WIGGIN - co-founder
Emma Wiggin is the co-founder of the Rock and Metal Alliance, a grassroots showcase platform built to amplify the next generation of heavy music. Alongside co-founder Rob Wood and the team, Emma has grown the Alliance from its launch at The Alternative Escape in Brighton into a global initiative, partnering with showcase festivals across the UK, Europe and beyond to give emerging rock and metal artists a stage in front of international industry.
The Alliance has already helped multiple acts secure agency representation, festival bookings, and touring opportunities, and Emma's vision for it is rooted in the belief that heavy music deserves the same infrastructure, investment, and pathways as any other genre. She brings to that mission over a decade of artist management experience through her company Westwick Management, where she guides rock artists from basement venues to main stages.
A graduate of Attitude Is Everything's Future Leaders Programme and a visible disability advocate, Emma also ensures that accessibility and inclusion are built into the Alliance's DNA, from the artists it platforms to the events it runs.
With deep roots in DIY culture and an industry network spanning agents, festivals, labels and managers, Emma is helping build a stronger, more connected, and more equitable future for rock and metal worldwide.
